REQUIREMENTS

  • To globally standardize the editorial methods of technical documentation, software documentation, marketing, and for both internal and end-customer training through the use of a CMS system and interactive control tools
  • To optimize the methods, timing and costs associated with the drafting and translation of corporate documentation
  • To build a single terminology database constantly updated in all drafting and translation languages, for consultation and use by all corporate departments worldwide
  • To implement a single translation management system (TMS) for all corporate departments worldwide, to enable tracking and tracing of translations
  • To measure quality (KPIs) and service levels (SLAs)
