• To implement a translation management system (TMS) integrated with the many authoring, PIM, Dam and WCMS platforms in use within the company

SOLUTION

Global implementation for all Group divisions and companies of the free, customized myLogosys platform, with over 500 profiled users.

The platform:

• uses a customized dashboard to automate and monitor the flow of content from editorial environments (export/import) via web service-activated ‘calls’ connected to the authoring platforms, CMS, PIM, Dam and WCMS in use
• includes a real-time notification system to track projects at every stage: launch, progress, quality control and delivery
• grants access to data and information with no time limits
• standardizes controls by integrating Quality Control Management & Reporting according to SAE J2450
• measures quality and performance levels through customized metrics and reporting
• provides access to translation memories, terminology, editing and translation guidelines
• implements a dedicated controlled language system for Italian, Controlled Technical Italian (ITC) in the myAuthorAssistant app, a set of tools to support editors in creating content with consistency in terms of phraseology, terminology, and style
